The staff was absolutely courteous, provided a fast check-in and a late check-out. The location was particularly good in a quiet area that is adjacent to another Hilton property. It was also close enough to wonderful restaurants and the movie theatre and all Raleigh and Carry attractions as well as shopping and restaurants.

Special hotel, updated rooms, exceptional staff. Free and adequate breakfasts, with homemade granola and the muffins, for instance. Marvellous location to Crossroads Plaza. Also, in a quiet area that is adjacent to another Hilton property.

My room included central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and cable TV with on-demand movies. The location was unbeatable as for me. I had coffee at Yopop Frozen Yogurt, located within 5 minutes walk.

The location in a beautiful area was marvellous and convenient and there were shopping centers and a market nearby. There was a great restaurant within a close distance from the hotel. Really enjoyed our really nice stay on a two week business trip.

Everything was simply great. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this stunningly beautifulhip new hotel. The breakfast was warm and adequate for what was on offer with homemade granola and the muffins, as example. Good looking rooms with pull out couch and free weights, for instance, had a very special experience. The staff was knowledgeable and excellent and provided good service.

This hotel is great for restaurants and retail while close to the highway for easy access to my office location. The staff was very helpful with easy access to our conference and to area restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and breakfast is pretty much the same as you would get at Hampton Inn so I thought it was complimentary.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. The hotel was convenient and spotlessly clean with professional and extremely responsive staff for that staff member. Location: the property was close enough to highways and store and the beach.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel valued as a guest from the moment I walked through the door. Every time I went to the lobby, I was greeted by a staff member who asked how my stay was going. It was refreshing to encounter such great customer service.

My experience at the hotel was not without its issues. there were problems with room reservations upon check-in.

The room was spacious with ample storage options and a large bathroom. Convenient TV placement. Perfect if visiting NC State.

Felt like part of the family, no reason to complain.

Clean hotel with marvellous location in Cary right by all Raleigh and Carry attractions as well as shopping and restaurants, Raleigh for a Saturday night concert, and Close to good restaurants. Spotless and updated room, large bathroom. Bonus point for central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television.
